Ink Illustration in Process
Watercolor in Process
Original King of Clubs
The concept is based on seasonal garden illustration studies, one season per suit, for a full deck of playing cards.
Illustrations were created using ink and watercolor on cold press paper. Designs created using Adobe Photoshop.
Limited edition playing card decks were printed on Yupo paper and sold through my former studio, Acorn and Thistle Design. The original print run is sold out.
I am working on a new seasonal floral deck, perhaps for 2027.
